IT Digital Products and Cloud Solutions Analyst (m/f/d)

Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth

Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients. In order to reinforce its team,

our Bank is currently looking for a:

IT Digital Products and Cloud Solutions Analyst (m/f/d) – Luxembourg

Shape the Bank's Digital Business and supervise its implementation, working at the forefront of UX, software

and integration aspects. Provide an exceptional experience to both Customers and Bank's end-users IT

Applications through reliable and efficient digital operations. Apply market best practices while tailoring

solutions as a best-fit to the Bank's strategy. Teach and encourage others to think out-of–the-box and engage

them in new digital journeys.

Your key responsibilities will be:

 Work with the Head of Section on the Bank's strategy and roadmap of IT digital products & cloud

solutions by respecting the targets of the Bank and the principles of a solid and professional online

presence;

 Analyze business needs by working with business users mainly directly, assess current processes and

technologies and propose solutions that will enable a fresh and lean digital experience;

 Cooperate with internal and external IT resources to support the online presence of the Bank;

 Follow-up and test the PSD2's regulatory requirements implementation within the client's channels;

 Oversee production, assuring that processing and operations are performed in a consistent, reliable,

and secure manner.

Strategy

 Monitor market trends and follow the evolution of digital products;

 Liaise with business front offices on digital experience and outline solutions that are shaping a better

customer journey.

Business Analysis

 Analyze a business change request and/or the as-is situation of a business processes/ function;

 Size the implementation effort required, identify stakeholders, trigger the service request fulfilment or

change management process of the Bank;

 Propose a technical solution for a business demand;

 Contribute on discussion/ requests to facilitate users' understanding, so as to shape their request in a

concise and efficient manner.

IT Operations

 Review and monitor data flows, automate production flows and intervene in case of a major production

issue;

 Ensure that all recurrent operational flows occurs smoothly and on-time;

 Liaise with infrastructure team for improving system flows in regards to their performance, process

efficiency and resources utilization.

Project & Task Management

 Incidents, service requests and changes are completed within the agreed KPIs or time plans;

 Priorities are agreed and respected;

 Development tasks of staff and outsourcers are supervised;

 Follow up of tasks progress is frequent, especially with the direct reporting line;

 Follow-up of external suppliers' activities for supervision;

 Document solutions and operational processes.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

 Subject matter expert in web technologies and online applications for desktop and mobile;

 Good understanding of modern Web/API Application Infrastructure and Architecture and general

programming knowledge. Experience is mandatory;

 Detailed knowledge of PSD2;

 Proficient on the usability aspects of electronic banking services;

 Excellent understanding of web application frameworks;

 Experienced with agile development tools (i.e. JIRA) including practice of Agile / SCRUM methodology;

 Good time management, critical thinking and multi-tasking;

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

 Passion for delivering superior digital servicing through innovative technical solutions;

 Knowledge on interfacing/middleware/ESB platforms is an asset;

 Background on Temenos digital software is an asset.

Requirements:

 Education: University Master's degree in the areas of Digital Business, Information Technology or

similar/relevant.

 Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in e-Banking, m-Banking, Corporate Website and similar

environments;

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

- With Web/API Application Infrastructure and Architecture as well as PSD2 regulations in

association with APIs.

Performance Goals

 Digital roadmap implementation;

 Number of incidents and service requests treated according to the KPIs;

 Number of change requests treated according to the agreed time plan;

 Stakeholder satisfaction on solution provided.

This is full-time, permanent position.
