People Coordinator

We are now looking for an People Coordinator who wants to be a part of our journey and make Tise the best place to work ????

The Tise team now counts over 100 people in 4 countries, and the majority work from our headquarters in Oslo. As a People Coordinator you will be a part of the Finance & People department, a fantastic and energetic team of 8 people. The role will report to the Head of People.

We are currently looking for a passionate, creative, and organized people person, who wants to contribute to the internal development of Tise! In this role, you will help the People team facilitate smooth operations for all our colleagues, create memorable events, and own recruitment processes.  Our office is not just a workplace, but a place where everyone wants to be and feel at home. As a People Coordinator, you will be a guiding star for precisely that. Additionally, the role will take on recruitment projects, and over time potentially take on larger tasks within recruitment.

This is a full time position located in the Oslo office ????

????‍????‍????‍???? Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for Recruitment of different roles for all our offices

• Contribute to making the office a great place to be for everyone

• Work close with the team on People projects and also own some of the projects

• Act as an active community builder within the company

• Help organize internal events at Tise

• Responsible for administrative tasks related to office operations

• Assist your colleagues with small and large everyday issues

• Take on new tasks as they arise with our growth
