Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications from front-line units, providing independent,

risk-based evaluations and recommendations.

2. Manage and execute IT system operations, including setting up or validating credit limits.

3. Lead, guide, and oversee relationship managers in post-lending monitoring, management

practices, and the review of post-lending inspection reports.

4. Compile and prepare meeting materials and minutes for the Credit Review Committee, ensuring

meticulous maintenance of credit files.

5. Execute credit risk-related data gathering and statistical analysis, routinely generating risk

analysis reports for senior management, specialized committees, and Head Office.

6. Update and implement changes to credit risk management policies and procedures, aligning them

with current standards and regulations.

7. Provide support across various risk monitoring, reporting, and analysis tasks, reinforcing the

team's capacity to manage risks effectively.

8. Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and

adaptability to evolving business needs.

Position Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with a specific focus on credit risk or

related fields.

- Profound understanding of corporate and inter-bank banking products.

- Well-versed in the local regulatory landscape affecting the financial sector.

- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural setting.

Proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.

- Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality, coupled with a proactive and

detail-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient risk

analysis and reporting.
