About You

Are you someone who’s just dipping their toes into the professional world but already has a knack for dealing with people in the realm of technology? If you’re an inquisitive IT enthusiast wanting to develop your skills, we’ve got the perfect opening for you! You will work from our beautiful riverside office on the 5th floor, close to public transport. 

Joining our dynamic team as an IT Support Analyst means becoming part of a startup on the rise, where adaptability is key. We’re looking for go-getters who can juggle various tasks within projects and cater to the diverse needs of users spanning multiple industries. Your Responsibilities:

Extend comprehensive support to end users worldwide, addressing a range of issues encompassing computers, applications, systems, devices, access, and hardware. Whether it's reinstalling Windows, swapping hard drives, or upgrading computer hardware, you'll be the one in charge.

Tackle technical problems by identifying, researching, and resolving them with the assistance of our vast knowledge pool shared amongst your team members. Be it responding to telephone, email, or online requests, you'll ensure a quick turnaround for technical assistance. From assisting someone in connecting a screen projector before a crucial sales pitch to determining the optimal driver for a custom device acquired for a specific project application, no challenge is too big.

Thoroughly document, track, and monitor problems utilizing relevant systems and tools.

Collaborate with other teams or specialists to effectively resolve any lingering issues. 

Furthermore, you may take charge of resolving escalated issues of greater complexity. If, for instance, Linux isn't quite your forte, you'll serve as the bridge between the current issue and other support specialists equipped with more specialized knowledge.

 

Your Skill Set Encompasses: 

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • Familiarity with tracking issues in JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tracking tools
  • Background in technical infrastructure support
  • Experience with day-to-day user interaction
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical details to individuals across the knowledge spectrum, from users with minimal IT experience to seasoned kernel developers
