As a Coffee Master at Raaw Coffee, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our coffee offerings and ensuring an unparalleled experience for our customers. Your duties will include:

Developing espresso and filter recipes that showcase the artistry of our coffee.

Assisting in selecting house and retail coffees through meticulous cupping sessions.

Assist with green coffee buying and the roasting process.

Participating in occasional cupping/training evenings.

Collaborating with our roasting partners to maintain the highest quality standards.

Nurturing and enhancing the skill set of our staff through guidance and training.

Preparing and serving a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.

Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Maintaining cleanliness in seating areas, common spaces, and restrooms.

Fulfilling other general duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience within the coffee industry.

Winner of at least 1 national/international competition.

Must be certified Q grader.
