Field Service Planner (m/f/d) - Nordic

Location: Albertslund (Kopenhagen)

Your responsibilities:

- Planning and co-ordination of internal and external Field Service resources

- Creating customer orders and projects in SAP

- Organise travel arrangement for Field Service Team

- Point of contact for Service Manager, Service Support engineer, FST and customers regarding planning

- Preparing timesheets and travel expenses for invoicing

- Close corporation with accounting when handling projects invoicing

- Back-up for After Sales & Service for additional work, Spare Part management, etc.

Your profile:

- Experience from former job planning

- Experience with MS Office, SAP

- Capable of handling many tasks at the same time and have overview

- Team player, yet comfortable with working independently

- Fluent in Danish and English (verbally and in writing)

- Open and approachable personality

- High customer orientation

- Passionate about providing high service level
