As Head of transformation your role will be to support the COO Senior management in defining and driving the delivery of the transformation roadmap.
Key Accountabilities
Lead effective COO planning processes across transformation roadmap and portfolio of change initiatives
Ensure programmes/projects are scoped and planned appropriately to meet the required business outcomes while being in line with the group's expectations
Identify and define the initiatives to drive the transformation agenda in line with market trends and best practices
Make sure transformation plans and initiatives across the COO function are appropriately prioritize, sequenced and can be delivered successfully to drive the business forward
Provide appropriate management controls to ensure that the transformation portfolio is governed effectively and successfully delivers to the business strategy and vision
Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the COO function to ensure everyone understands the need for the change and their role within it and provide appropriate level of commitment to make sure that the change is successful
Identify key risks, issues and mitigate these accordingly by escalating, reporting and doing the necessary follow-up
Ensure program/project assurance by defining and following assurance plan, internally to the project, and with control functions (mainly, Risk and Audit)
Manage resources (incl. Business mobilisation); budget (incl. forecasts) and the selection process of external resources
Ensure a regular follow-up with the Group COO in order to be aligned on transformation roadmap and portfolio of changes initiatives
Support the Group COO in planning and preparing for all ExCo level and Board meeting
Knowledge and Experience
Master's degree in economics, Finance or Business administration
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in Project Management, Transformation…
Proven records of successful delivery of complex, multi-year cross-functional programmes
Strong stakeholder management and able to achieve consensus across multiple stakeholders
In depth front to back knowledge of wealth management and institutional asset management industry, as well as ability to understand the business from multiple functional perspectives (Operations, Facilities, BRM, Digital…)

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
High level interpersonal skills, showing pragmatism and ‘get thing done' mentality
Profound analytical and change management skills
Team player
Technical Skills
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
SharePoint, Teams or similar
Languages Skills
Fluent in English
French is an asset
