Member Service Officer Co Galway Credit Union. Irlanda

Location:   Leading CU in the West of Ireland.      Member Service Officer.                      

Role Description:

Full Time Permanent role.    

This position will have a variety of duties including;

•    Acting as teller/MSO, providing the members of the Credit Union with a courteous, pleasant and professional service. Processing of loan applications, assisting members with their account management, assisting members with Credit Control queries and assisting members with any of the range of services offered by the Credit Union.

•    Back office administrative / operational duties as the needs of the office dictate.

Persons Specification

The successful candidate will be

•    A motivated and honest individual with a good work ethic

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Ability to work under own initiative with minimal direction

•    Ability to work to deadlines and targets, can prioritise tasks under pressure

Requirements

•    At least 1/3 years’ experience working in a similar type role

•    Good IT Skills including Word and Excel.

•    WELLINGTON experience DESIRED but not Essential.

•    Excellent administration skills and attention to detail

•    Must be available to work every 2nd Saturday
