Looking for a Supervising Pharmacist for their store in Bunclody Wexford

Permanent Role with a competitive salary and Benefits

Store open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm so no late nights and no Sundays or Bank Holidays

You will  need to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month but will have plenty of notice

About Your New Supervising Pharmacist Job:

Working closely with and supporting your Team

You will use your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver complete care solutions for Customers and Patients.

You will set the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy ‘looks and feels like’ from an operational perspective by working in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team.

Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients providing expert advice throughout.

Accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.

Actively supporting the development, education and training of colleagues; building the team's capabilities.

Conducting regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.

Work to deliver world class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team.

What Skills You Need for this Job

To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and true desire to help others feel good. The successful candidate will:

You must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland

Degree in Pharmacy

At least 3+ years’ pharmacy experience post Degree

You must be able to demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by peers, customers, patients and external local professionals.

You must have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.

You must understand the growth and development of the healthcare industry.

Excellent communication skills both in person and on phone
