Where You Would Work:  Kettles Lane

Kettles Lane is a new residential service that is operated by Praxis Care, situated in the south west of Swords village in North County Dublin.

Kettles Lane provides a residential placement for two male adults, who are currently 18 years of age. The service provides high quality care and support to the individuals who have been diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability/Autism along with additional mental health needs who are assessed as requiring this service to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own community. The service endeavours to support the individuals to reach their full potential, achieve their desired goals and live a fulfilled life, regardless of the complexities of their diagnoses. Over the summer months, our residents will be participating in many fun activities of their choices. Our residents enjoy activities such as day trips, fun fairs, water parks, petting farms, museums etc.

In Kettles Lane, no two days are the same with our staff reporting that it is a fulfilling and rewarding role and staff report that they enjoy having fun with the residents while at the same time seeing them reach their goals and develop their independence and living their lives as they choose, regardless of their diagnoses. You will be provided with bespoke training when you start which will prepare you to support the individuals with their unique and individual needs.

Salary Details:

Support Worker    

Full time contract available     

€27,990 - €38,844 per annum *  (Dependant on qualification)

*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of €101.60 per night applies*
