Hótel Skógafoss leitar af starfsfólki fyrir sumarið. Þarf að getað byrjað í maí eða júní

Veitingastaðurinn býður uppá morgunmat, hádegismat og kvöldmat ásamt léttum máltíðum yfir daginn. Veitingastaðurinn hefur einstakt útsýni yfir Skógafoss.

Starfið felst í því að taka á móti gestum, veita þeim viðeigandi þjónustu og sjá til þess að veitingastaðurinn sé snyrtilegur og fínn.

Umsækjandi þarf að vera góður í mannlegum samskiptum, tala reiprennandi ensku og hafa ríka þjónustulund. Gerð er krafa um reynslu af þjónustustörfum ásamt sveigjanleika og ábyrgð.

Laun eru greidd samkvæmt kjarasamningum VLFS.

Atvinnurekandi útvegar húsnæði og mat fyrir greiðslu.

Hótel Skógafoss is looking for a waiter to work a full time job in the summer. Starting May and June.

Hótel Skógafoss is a hotel and a restaurant that is located in the beautiful South of Iceland.

The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as light meals throughout the day.

The restaurant has a one-of-a-kind view of the waterfall Skógafoss.

Job description:

Welcome customers and present them the menu and ordering procedures

Takes orders, prepares drinks and serve them to customers

Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals

Setup tables for service and groups

Clean tables, sweep, mop the floor, dishwasher and other general cleaning duties

Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements:

Relevant experience in hospitality field

Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

Flexible and willing to work different schedules

Strong communication and customer service skills

Teamwork skills

Work hours: Flexible schedule

Wages are according to union contract of VLFS.

Employer provides accommodation and food for a fair fee.
