We are searching for the right person to run our kitchen in Tre Brør coffee & wine in Voss.

Tre Brør is a cafe and bar situated in the square marked in Voss.

Since May 2023 Tre Brør has had new owners with a new concept.

We are bringing our love for Voss, wine, food, coffee, culture and local produce into this beautiful house and turning it into an open and friendly arena where something is always happening.

We offer a short and refined breakfast and lunch menu as well as an evening menu with small platters and snacks.

Our café and bar offer light roast specialty coffee and a wide range of natural wines, local ciders and beers.

We believe in organic and local ingredients, traditional methods as well as love for craftsmanship.

We take pride in what we serve and strive to be a grounded and easy going family place.

We are now searching for a creative, outgoing and dedicated chef to develop our menu further.

Kitchen experience is required and valued higher then certificate of apprenticeship.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Making food
• Daily planning and orders
• Menu planning
• Close collaboration with the rest of the team
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines
• "IK-Mat" compliance

We are looking for someone who

• Has a love for food and is eager to learn and grow in this job
• Works well with others, is easy going and friendly
• Is efficient and works neatly and accurately
• Is structured and can handle a busy workday
• Is willing to work evenings and weekends
• Is not afraid to take responsibility
• Is fluent in English, a scandinavian language in addition is a plus
