You will be a key contributor to providing a meaningful customer experience We are looking for staff to contribute to the success of our picturesque campsite. Our campsite is known for its pristine surroundings, spaciousness, and commitment to delivering hospitality to our guests. As receptionists/cleaners, it is important to treat all visitors with kindness, empathy, and respect at all times.

We are looking for you whom:

• Appreciates the breadth of work between cleaners and receptionists and prioritizes them correctly.
• Cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable toward a wide range of customers
• Enjoy working in a hectic and varied working day.
• Ability to familiarize yourself with various work tasks and prioritize these independently and in collaboration with the daily manager and employees.
• Solution-oriented, loyal, and reliable
• Ability to familiarize yourself with various attractions in the local area, with genuine interest.
• Sees the value in a sustainable operation
• Good language skills. Preferably two of the following languages: Norwegian, English, and/or German
• Good digital skills

Work tasks:

• Prepare the sale of rolls in the morning.
• Serviced check-in and check-out.
• Look for the individual tourist's interests and how we can help fulfill these during their stay, also trying to prolong it.
• Housekeeping, and cleaning sanitary facilities with a good understanding of infection control. Bed linen laundry operation.
• Good overview and control over safety and well-being on the site among the guests
• Work tasks according to a given written instruction
