As a Catering Assistant at Sodexo in Dublin 16, you’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes for our students, whist putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. What you’ll do:

Provide the highest quality of food service to customers at all times

Prepare and cook orders requiring short and broader preparation time

Serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station

Reads food order or receives verbal instructions on food required by patrons

Follows basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing meals

Operate a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients    

What you bring:  

Highly professional manner with honesty and ethics  

Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and cash-handling procedures  

Communicate respectfully and professionally with all co-workers, vendor representatives, customers, and clients

Good working knowledge of food preparation

High standard for work areas and appearance
