Inishelm T/A The Comet a gastro pub based in Dublin is seeking 2 Chefs De Partie to join their team. Main duties include:

• Preparing kitchen stations prior to restaurants opening and following close down procedures

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu specifications ensuring quality and consistency

• Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service

• Upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure necessary ingredients are ordered in a timely manner
