We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Description: As a Car Sales Executive at Autopoint Motor Group you will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their preferences and budget. You will be responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships, providing in-depth product knowledge, and guiding customers through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.

Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.

Sell and value used cars.

Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.

Provide accurate pricing and financing information to customers.

Negotiate sales contracts and finalize deals.

Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and warranties for customers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, options, and promotions.

Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Appraise vehicles on a daily basis.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership.

Attend sales training and meetings as required.

Previous sales experience within the motor industry a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience in a target driven environment.

Full, clean driving license is essential.

Strong customer service skills.

Effective time management with an ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activities to secure new business.

A positive, can-do attitude.

Self-motivation.

Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

€26,000 to €75,000 OTE
