We are currently seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant, maintaining impeccable standards, and delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the Food & Beverage department, driving strategies to achieve departmental goals.

    Collaborate with the Director of Golf to ensure seamless club operations.

    Oversee staff performance, retention, and development through effective training programmes.

    Manage recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.

    Ensure impeccable service standards and profitability, while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

    Liaise with Sales and Marketing to develop promotional programmes and oversee events.

    Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

Professional Requirements:

    Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage management within the UK hospitality sector.

    Degree in Hospitality or Catering preferred.

    Experience in event planning and execution is advantageous.

    Flexibility in working hours and proficiency in English are essential.

    Knowledge of HACCP and event management is desirable.
