You are responsible for the execution of Schindler's major projects, ensuring that the local organizations are ready to execute these major projects according to defined processes, work instructions as well as tools in order to deliver projects flawlessly.

Some of your exciting challenges include:

Perform strategic fulfillment planning activities in close collaboration with Fulfillment Managers.

Plan and execute all aspects of the implementation of the Top Range Excellence (TREX) process and manage all related tasks.

Responsible for TREX related training & certification of PMT (Project Management Master Trainer) and IMT (Installation Master Trainer)

Ensure that all large complex projects are managed by a certified Project Director.

You are a charismatic and persuasive leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you bring analytical, execution and customer focus skills.

Further requirements may include:

Engineering degree or comparable, postgraduate qualification in general and/or project management are an advantage

At least 3-6 years of experience in construction, installation and (financial) project controlling

Project management experience in an industrial environment and cross-functional / matrix leadership experience

Full working proficiency in English
