HGV Driver. Mid-East. Irlanda

Due to continued expansion, Dolly Plant Hire Ltd is looking for 6 fully Qualified and experienced HGV Drivers to join their team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of the yard in Co. Kildare, W12XH50,

41 hrs/wk,

36, 400 €/annum.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Checks tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water and fuel levels and general condition of the vehicle;

Drives vehicle from depot to loading/unloading point;

Agrees on delivery schedule and route with transport management;

Assists with loading/unloading and ensures that load is evenly distributed and safely secured;

Drives the vehicle to destination in accordance with schedule;

Maintains records of journey times, mileage and hours worked;

Undertakes minor repairs and notifies the supervisor of any mechanical faults.

Candidates will be required to:

Complete Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) on arrival in Ireland;

Minimum 2 years driving experience;

Safe Pass and manual handling a bonus.
