Minimum Requirements

•    Hotel Management/Supervisory qualifications  at least 2 year course

•    At least  3 years recent previous experience as a Hotel F&B Supervisor/ Duty Manager/Assistant Hotel Manager with all round responsibilities in a (4*) English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel.

        MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AN IRISH HOTEL/RESTAURANT

•    Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills

•    Sound knowledge of all aspects of the running of the hotel particularly in the area of Food & Beverage.

•    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply
