The vacancy.

Are you interested in managing networks, Windows virtual servers, Apple Macs and various systems, and providing end-user support and training while also driving the development and optimization of the Salesforce platform? We are looking for a skilled ICT professional to ensure the seamless operation of the ICT infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Be responsible for managing and maintaining our ICT infrastructure;
• Further improve and develop the Salesforce platform and liaise with external consultants if needed;
• Liaise with users and the Finance department to get input for needed further development of reports and other parts of the Salesforce platform together with the Senior Corporate Officer ICT;
• Provide help desk support and training on the different systems in use;
• Be responsible for installing and maintaining hardware, software and network infrastructure, including Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) environments;
• Research, evaluate, implement and support appropriate hardware and software solutions;
• Initiate or take part and support the implementation of ICT projects;
• Purchase hardware, software and supplies;
• Support the budget and expenditure management of the ICT department.

You are part of the ICT team, which consists of two staff members and report to the Senior Corporate Officer ICT. You are based in our Maastricht office, but will occasionally travel also to our Brussels office.

• Has a higher professional ICT education and relevant professional skills and experience;
• Has 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Has a high level of internal and external client orientation;
• Has awareness of the ICT current trends, issues and good practices;
• Keeps up to date with the professional body of knowledge;
• Has good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Is independent, proactive and efficient;
• Is service-oriented and knows how to work independently and in the team;
• Is creative, flexible and pays attention to details;
• Has excellent knowledge in English, proficiency in Dutch an asset.

Essential ICT skills needed:

• Salesforce administration / developer with 2-3 years hands-on experience is an asset or the
• willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of networks and switches;
• Windows server 2016 (Active Directory, DNS and DHCP);
• Apple macOS and iOS;
• Google Workspace administration;
• VMware (vSphere and vCenter);

Nice to have experience with:

• Veeam Backup and Replication.
• Simple MDM.
• Cisco Webex.
