Duties & Responsabilities :

• Manage the implementation of Ivalua Source to Contract management and Planned Order collaboration process improvements from a functional and technical perspective.

• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of all Ivalua evolutive / project deliverables.

• Lead end to end implementation across all application modules from the start to project delivery.

• Manage RUN and maintenance activities like incident management and problem management.

• Develop business and technical design document related to the design and configuration of the application.

• Responsible for UAT tests and changeset management activities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Regular.

• Ensure all the project deliverables and RUN activities are compliant with ArcelorMittal SOX procedures.

Education :

• master's degree in computer science /IT

Skills & Specifications :

• Good knowledge of SAP MM / PM processes

• Ivalua L3 Certification required.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.

• Ability and experience in managing small teams in the run or project mode.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• Good ability to communicate at various levels.

Work experience requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in Ivalua S2C or P2P module implementation, with a focus on following areas of implementation

o Supplier self-service registration & Risk management

o Supplier due-diligence automation with D&B or Dow jones

o E-Procurement

o Planned Order collaboration.

o E-Sourcing &, e-Auctions

o Contract Management

• Experience on designing the Ivalua and SAP interface for management tactical sourcing activities and contract deployment.

Languages :  

• English Level advanced. Proficiency in other European languages is an added advantage.
