How will you contribute?

You will be an essential member of our Finance Office team and report directly to the Head of the Finance Office. Our Finance Office is a pivotal unit within the Finance and Administration department, providing vital support to the various research departments at LIST.

As a management controller, you will be involved in several process as lead or contributor.

• Budget definition, monitoring, and forecasting.

• Cost models and pricing

• Investment analysis in equipment and buildings management.

• KPI management

• Projects to improve LIST resource usage efficiency.

• Financial analysis on operations for decision support.

• Contract analysis from a financial perspective.

• External and internal audit participation.

Educational Background:

•  Graduate degree with a specialization in Finance, Auditing, or Management Control.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years, in a comparable role within industries such as manufacturing, service, retail, or any sector where Management Control is essential

• Proficiency in leading projects

• Solid foundation in accounting

• Hands-on experience in budgeting and forecasting processes

•  Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

• Effective communication skills, results-oriented

• Pays attention to detail and organize work methodically

Language Proficiency:

• Proficient in both written and spoken French and English
