Minimum Requirements
•Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course
•Recent previous experience as a Senior Assistant Manager with Food & Beverage responsibilities in a large restaurant/bar/banqueting property of a 4/5* standard, preferably in Ireland
•Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. FLUENT ENGLISH is essential
•Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage role including bars, conference & banqueting, kitchen and restaurant management
•On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply
