Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
• Ensuring we meet statutory requirements by monitoring and maintaining robust client files,
safeguarding us from potential risk, but also ensuring payments are completed effectively and
in a timely manner.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
• Ensure that all payment requests are picked up, validated and coordinated.
• Collect payment requests and coordinate the setup which is done by a different team (email instructions to be prepared and sent).
• Maintaining and follow-up of payment set-up/authorisation statuses
• Spot payment setup errors before initiating the payment authorisation process
• Liaise with in an efficient manner with financial institutions and fulfil department administrative work.
• Complete administrative duties to assist operation and management of the department when required.

Requirements
• At least 2 years professional experience in a similar role
• A bachelor/Master degree
• English must be fluent; French/German are considered as an asset
• A good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Efficient organisational skills
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team
• Diligent in their approach to tasks with good attention to detail
