Job description

Duties & Responsabilities :

• Ability to deliver high quality deliverables by collaborating with different stake holders (IT Internal / external and business) in procurement to pay process improvement.

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP Ariba commerce automaton and CIG improvements to meet business goals by supporting the P2P business process.

• Lead the user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.

• Should be proficient in configurating the Ariba CIG – S/4 Hana integration flows (PO, PO confirmation, ASN, Remittance advise flow etc.)

• Responsible for UAT tests and changement management activities

• Support ArcelorMittal shared service center team in on-boarding strategic supplier in Ariba.

• Should have strong functional knowledge on S4 Hana procurement processes.

• Ability to manage improvement projects in SAP MM and Ariba commerce automation.

• Ensure all the project deliverables and RUN activities are complianct with ArcelorMittal SOX procedures.

Education :

• Master degree in Computer Science /IT

• Good knowledge of the procurement process, Ariba commerce automation and Ariba Network is essential.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• Good ability to communicate at various levels.

Work experience requirements :

• 3+ years' experience working with current SAP Ariba Commerce Configuration

• Experience with EDI/xml integration between S4 HANA and Ariba

• SAP Ariba Integration Certification preferred.

• 5+ years' experience working with current SAP MM Configuration

• Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.

Languages :  

• English Level advanced. Proficiency in other European languages is an added advantage.
