Duties & Responsabilities :

As part of the Digital & IT Finance and Procurement, the SAP FICO functional analyst will join an IT department focused on migrating all financial processes from SAP ECC6 to S/4Hana along with other financial projects to stay compliant. As Functional Analyst you will be involved from start to finish and beyond.

What does the job entail?

He/she has to:

• contribute to the analysis of the current FICO processes from different levels of stakeholders (accountants, tax-directors, financial controllers, internal/external auditors, )

• understand the financial and accounting processes of the AM organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization during the SAP transformation

• guide SAP developers to configure and customize S/4HANA to meet the specified needs

• strive to ‘keep the core clean', by proposing business solutions in line with standard SAP software, so SAP FICO knowledge and experience is a must

• define and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements

• provide key-user training and documentation

• collaborate with other team members to design and deploy effective IT solutions for invoice-to-cash

Education :

• Master's degree in economics, finance, engineer, or IT

Skills & Specifications :

• Good knowledge of SAP MM / PM processes

• Being a team player

• Basic knowledge of S/4Hana is a plus

• Business oriented mindset and analytical skills

Ideally, you'll also have

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Self-supporting and independent attitude.

• Stress resilient, flexible, has team spirit and is solution oriented.

Work experience requirements :

• SAP FICO experience of minimum 3 years,

Languages :  

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English (the knowledge of another European language is an advantage)
