The Glenview Hotel the gateway to the Garden of Ireland, with our award winning Woodlands Restaurant over looking the Glen and newly refurbished Conservatory Bar. We have a vacancy for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our creative and motivated Kitchen Brigade.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be working in a busy 4* Hotel environment

Responsibilities in our three kitchen operation (Restaurant, bar/bistro and banqueting).

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and at least 2 years experience in a similar role

Potential for development and promotion is high - proven internal training, development, and promotion programme in place.
