A leading Pizza Brand with over 1,000 Retail outlets across the UK and Ireland is looking for a Store Manager for their Cork store in either Blackpool, Fermoy, Douglas Village or Wilton.

The average working shift is 4pm to 1am.

About Your New Store Manager Job

You will be responsible for all operations within the store;

People Management, Mentoring and Training

Staff Rotas

Operations of the store

Controlling all store costs

Cash handling procedures

Stock management

Meetings with suppliers

Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability

Client services

Branding and advertising

Reporting and metrics

Logistics

Inventory control

Internal staff meetings

What Skills You Need for this Job

Written and spoken fluent English

A relevant Food Qualification or Degree

Previous experience working as a Manager in hospitality, food or retail

Experience of opening and closing store

Experience in training and mentoring staff

Experience in operations

Experience in Reporting and Costings

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Must be living with commutable distance to one of these Cork stores

Must have up to date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role

This Job comes with a salary of €37k along with a performance related Bonus along with;
