Temporary Assistant. Noruega

From 16th to 19th June, the Princely Mission to Norway will take place in Oslo. Flanders Investment and Trade/Hub.Brussels Oslo is looking for a Temporary Assistant from April 2nd until June 28st, 2024 to help during the preparations for the mission.

The Norwegian Office is based at the Belgian Embassy.

What do we expect from you?

· You plan and organize B2B meetings for the incoming delegation

· You take care of the logistics for the Mission's events (before and during the activities)

· You assist the Head of Post with her daily tasks at the Embassy

· You have a good knowledge of IT applications, such as Word, Excel etc.

· Language skills in English are a must, knowledge of French, Dutch and/or Norwegian is advantageous

· You are a team player, flexible and hands-on
