Mission

For one of our clients located in Luxembourg-Findel, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an immediate start for an

Experienced Receptionist and Office Assistant En-Fr (M/F)

Main Tasks

• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing visitors to the appropriate office or meeting rooms.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in-person and via phone or email.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail or parcels.

• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning.

• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs, processing invoices and making sure vendors are paid on time.

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities and equipment.

• Organize and supervise other office activities (i.e renovations, event planning etc.).

• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

• Ad-hoc projects as needed.

Profil

Several years of experience on a similar job

• Excellent English & French language oral and written communication skills (other languages helpful but not essential).

• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.

• Highly organized and flexible.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high quality output.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment, with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive in approach and able to anticipate and find creative solutions to problems.

• High level of self-motivation, positive energy, and great sense of urgency.

• Ability to take on extra responsibility and projects as needed.

• Keen to learn and develop – open to feedback.

This is an opportunity for an immediate start, for a 2-month contract, with possible extension.

Salary: 3800-4000€ gross/month
